Green twill coat with jewel-tone flannel lining

$160.00

Unisex L/XL (see sizing note below)

This comfy, boxy jacket is made from an Alexander Julian cotton twill button-down in olive green, with gorgeous jewel-like buttons, playful multi-color stitching, green and blue ribbon detail on button placket and chest pocket, and new patch pockets sewn from shirt trimmings and leopard print denim accents. Hand-stitched lining, reclaimed from a jewel-toned plaid cotton flannel shirt, borders the hem and lines the back of the collar, perfect for breezy spring days. There is one interior chest pocket. Sleeves can be folded down for wearers with longer arms, and the gathered back offers plenty of room to stretch and move. Price includes shipping.

I do not offer refunds, but please contact me for lifetime sliding scale mending services if your garment needs repairs or adjustments throughout its life. If, down the road, this garment no longer works for you, please pass it on to someone who will care for it, or I am happy to take it back and remake it for someone new to love. My remade garments are designed and created slowly, by hand and sewing machine, with second-hand clothing, fabric scraps, and reclaimed materials. As with all handmade objects and items from thrift stores, there may be quirky cosmetic imperfections and/or signs of previous wear. I do my best to ensure that your garments can be worn, loved, and used for a long time to come when properly cared for, but if you have any issues, please contact me for support.
